Upon the Acropolis, which follows the natural levels of the terrain, was constructed the
paintings building. It contains three chambers.
The murals where not finished and just after its painting the site was abandoned by unknown
reasons. Its finding in 1946, was one of Chiapas great archaeological exploration stories, it
allowed us to know one of the mayor testimonials of the Mayan Culture and the exceptional
conception of color and line of its painters.
